THE SCAR

Life in a small village in Africa is great, but is it for everyone? No one can protect Abassi, a six -year-old boy, against his father’s anger. Where can he go? Whom could he talk to? What would he do? The theme of this book is as timely as it is potent. It is about parents mistreating their children. “The Scar” is the first book out of four, presenting the problematic lives of children living in remote villages on the fringe of society worldwide. These stories will spark children’s interest in other places, cultures, customs, and different lifestyles. Hopefully, the stories will make them reflect on their own beautiful and comfortable lives and teach them gratefulness towards their families’ love and support.

Even the prettiest of families, hide dark secrets!
