Keri Shaw, an amateur sleuth, discovers a confession letter dated 1909 that was written by a serial killer who was never charged with a single crime. Soon she finds out that all his victims are considered unresolved missing women cases. However, Keri now knows they are all dead. Knowing that law enforcement will not bother to investigate the cold case, Keri begins her own investigation by following the ruthless killer’s path he laid out year before.
