Biography
Vesela Patton
Vesela Patton was born in Rome. She has received recognition for poetry and short plays published in Italy, Germany, the USA, and the UK throughout her life. Her three-act play, “The Light”, was awarded first prize in a competition. Amidst the bustling life of legal secretarial work and teaching English as a second language, she raised four children. Yet, the dream of becoming a novelist beckoned, and she made the decision fifteen years ago. Armed with a BA with Merit in Literary Studies from Glasgow University and a Diploma in Creative Writing, she was ready to dive into the mesmerizing world of novel writing. Vesela dedicates all her time to writing. Her work includes “The Beauty in Her Soul”, “The Flesh and the Spirit,” awarded The Literary Titan Silver Book Award and the work “The Glass Pyramid”, an Egyptian novel rooted in the life of Queen Hatshepsut in 1500 BC, as yet unpublished.
