Kimberley La Farge Berlin
Kimberley L. Berlin, LCSW, CSAC, MAC, CCTP, is Level II IFS therapist, mindfulness meditation, and certified yoga teacher. She is an integrated psychotherapist using Eastern and Western modalities for anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma.
Incorporating spirituality as a path for healing anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma, Ms. Berlin connects with compassion, clarity, and commitment to the healing journey of her clients, bringing meditation, breath practices, body recovery, journaling, prayer, and chant, as a regular part of her work.
While the 12 Step tradition informs the foundation of her approach, the primary orientation is grounded in the neuroscience of spirituality. This philosophy has informed her personal journey in recovery, a path of almost 30 years.
Kimberley is a nationally published author, speaker and presenter; she lives in Leesburg, Virginia with her husband and three rescue dogs.
