Don Blossom is married with 3 adult children. He is college educated, attended Grove City College where he majored in Mathematics, the Penn State University where he majored in Applied Science, and took courses in Bio-Medical Engineering at Edinboro University. He is retired from the medical field where he assisted cardiovascular surgeons and cardiologists for 34 years. He has a commercial pilots license and is an accomplished seaplane pilot. He currently serves on the board of directors of several organizations and companies and is a member of the Pennsylvania Governor's Advisory Council. He is an ordained elder In the Presbyterian Church.
