Biography
Bob Litt
I am the self-published author of “Depression Sucks!” “A Blood Moon Over Las Vegas” (a modern vampire novel), “Teach Your Children Well” (essential experiences for your children), “The Progressive Method for Penny Slot Success” (playing slot machines), and the play “Gynt.”
I am currently a Las Vegas local, originally from NYC. For work, I consult on Technical Writing, Corporate Training, and Business Analysis projects (see my Technical Writing / Consulting page at http://bobspoint.com/_BP_TechWriting.html).
In my spare time, I write Self-Help Books, Novels, Screenplays, and Song lyrics. I also have a lot of opinions. Check out my Blogs.
I was born and raised in New York and attended Brooklyn Technical HS. Tech is the largest high school (by number of students) in the US. In your junior and senior years, you study engineering or science. I was going to be a Chemical Engineer. But then I took Organic Chemistry and that put an end to that.
After high school, I temporarily did a 180 and attended the School of Performing Arts at Brooklyn College. Then I worked in the professional Theater as a stagehand and designer.
Eventually, I returned to college to study computers. For the past 30 years, I’ve been a technical writer, corporate trainer, and BA, specializing in using computer systems.
In my career, I have written hundreds of technical documents and delivered thousands of technical courses. I love to teach people how to do stuff - in writing and in person.
